Are You Affiliated is the name for the music venue we’re running out of the Concert Hall of a working men’s club in the post industrial town of North Shields.

Through a perfect storm of an amazing community audience, impeccable taste and some no-frills North-Eastern Working-Class Grit we’ve somehow found ourselves playing host to some of the world’s biggest and most interesting acts in alternative music.

We see ourselves as a model of how to amplify culture through community values and authenticity. The press have said loads of nice things about us and what we’re doing for the region, and it’s all true… but it’s also true that we’re simply throwing great parties in a room above a social club. 

The Bingo still happens nearly every Friday.
